Ingredients

1 cup brown rice
2 fillets of white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
½ cup edamame beans
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Step 1
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl to make the fish marinade.

Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
